Library Tech Support

How do we serve DPS students?

  • We administer and support the district's integrated library system, LION, through which DPS students and staff check out roughly a million books every year.
  • We offer access to dozens of online subscription databases, including Tumblebooks, PebbleGO, Nettrekker, and more!
  • We administer & support the district's central ebook platform, OverDrive, containing tens of thousands of ebooks and audiobooks available to staff and students.

Library Tech Support Resources

  • Library Helpdesk
    • For EMERGENCY or MISSION-CRITICAL issues, problems should be reported via phone @ 720-423-1842. The Helpdesk phone is manned throughout the day. Voice mail is available on the line.
    • For NON-EMERGENCY issues, please report problems or inquiries via email messages addressed to: libraryhelpdesk@dpsk12.org. Email messages sent to the Helpdesk are constantly monitored and responded to throughout the day. Email should not be sent directly to any support personnel unless requested to do so, or unless you are replying to a previous message sent from support personnel.
  • Library Dashboard
    • The dashboard offers library statistics & supplemental reports, access to archived library data, a directory of district library staff, our professional development registration system, and more!
